The directions below can show you how to install games from your purchase history.
-Make sure you are logged into the Microsoft Account the game purchases were made under. For more information about Microsoft Accounts please click HERE.
-Once logged in to your Microsoft Account, click on the 'My Account' drop down and then select 'Games Purchases'
-Once within your Game Purchases tab, ensure that the dates reach back far enough back to the date the game was purchased and click 'Change'
-A list of purchased games will then appear, click 'Download' on the game you wish to reinstall
Should you find purchased games are not listed in your purchase history, please contact customer support and provide; date purchased and order number for us to track the purchase record.
