How can I activate a purchased game from the free trial?

After installing the free trial of a game, in the game's exit screen there is an 'Activate' button


Once you have clicked on the link you will see a field to activate your game with the email address entered at the time of purchase



If you are receiving an error like below, you have not entered the correct email address on file at the time of purchase. Please contact customer support for help
