-Make sure you are logged into the Microsoft Account the game purchases were made under. For more information about Microsoft Accounts please click HERE.
-Once you are signed into your Microsoft Account, click on 'My Account' then 'Transaction History'
-Then you will be directed to the Transaction History tab where this month's transactions will appear
-Should you wish to retrieve Transaction History from a previous time, click the on the blue calendar next to the date, then the arrows within the calendar and then click 'Change'
If you find purchased games are not listed in your purchase history, please contact customer support and provide; date purchased and order number for us to track the purchase record.
