I am not getting into Super Access, what can I do?

If you are experiencing trouble getting into SuperAccess subscription features, there are a few things you should confirm:

-Please make sure you are logged into your Pogo account.

-If you are logged in, the 'Game Type' should state 'SuperAccess'.

 

- Ensure that the game is Super Access enabled. Any Super Access game will have a blue ticket with a star like below:



- Verify that your subscription is currently active by clicking on the 'Membership Info' tab, then checking to see that the SuperAccess subscription states current and the next billing cycle is right.

 

- If the SuperAccess subscription is up to date, the next step is to reinstall the game itself, in case the version of the game on your computer is a "pre-Access one"

- Please note that as our games are PC downloadable only, Super Access subscription functionality only works on PC platforms. The SuperAccess subscription cannot be accessed via Macs or tablets.

 

- Make sure your local date and time are set correctly on your PC as this can cause access errors.

You can change the Date and Time program from the control panel.

For Windows XP/VISTA/7:

From your task pane, Click Start -> Control Panel.

-Click Date and Time tab.

-Click the Change time zone button

For Windows 8/10:

Place your mouse in the upper-right corner of the screen, and when the menu pops up on the right side, click on the Settings charm. Then click on Control Panel.

-Click Date and Time tab.

-Click the Change time zone button
